1. Membership Coverage
Your Wolf Road Guardian membership provides 24/7 roadside assistance for covered incidents. Depending on your selected plan, coverage includes:
Flat tire changes
Jump starts
Lockouts
Fuel delivery
Towing (up to 5 miles)
Car key replacement
Uber reimbursement (up to $25)
Wolf Pack plans extend coverage to all vehicles and drivers in your household. Lone Wolf plans are for individual use only.
2. Premium Services & Deductibles
Certain services are classified as Premium and require a deductible of $50 per incident. These include:
Towing
Car key replacement
Any service where the total cost exceeds standard labor or fuel delivery
If the cost of a premium service exceeds $300, the deductible may be higher at the company’s discretion. You will be informed and must approve before any service is dispatched.
*Premium services require $50 deductible and are only available after 30 days.
3. Towing Limits
Towing is included up to 5 miles per service call.
If the cost of the tow exceeds $300, a higher deductible may apply or the customer may be responsible for paying the difference directly to the service provider.
4. Uber Reimbursement
Members are eligible for up to $25 in Uber coverage when their vehicle is undrivable due to a covered breakdown.
Reimbursement must be requested within 7 days and include a valid receipt.
5. Service Limitations
While your membership includes unlimited calls, excessive or abusive use may lead to review or suspension of services. Examples include:
Multiple calls per week for non-emergencies
Fraudulent use by non-members
Tampering with or falsely reporting incidents
6. Geographic Area
Service is currently available in the DFW Metroplex. We cannot guarantee coverage outside this area. Always confirm location when calling for help.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period.
Annual plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
After that, annual memberships are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimer
Wolf Road Guardian is not liable for:
Delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure
Costs beyond the scope of listed services
Third-party damage or conduct
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Abusive behavior toward staff
Unsafe vehicle conditions
10. Liability
Wolf Road Guardian is not liable for:
Vehicle damage resulting from pre-existing issues
Delays due to traffic, weather, or third-party availability
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and become effective upon posting.
